Solving the world’s toughest water challenges requires more than technical expertise. It demands strategic vision that connects global challenges with practical solutions, organizational clarity that empowers teams to deliver results and commitment to sustainability that defines our industry’s direction.

Within Veolia’s water technologies business, led by Anne Le Guennec, a newly unified leadership team is driving this work forward across the company’s core business areas. Each leader brings deep industry experience and clear strategic priorities aligned with Veolia's mission of ecological transformation.

In a new video series, these executives share their vision for the business, the opportunities that will define growth, and why clients can be confident in Veolia's continued success.

    Building unified excellence
Tim Huang, CEO of Technologies and Products, leads with a clear focus on establishing Veolia as the global standard in water technology.

Our vision is simple and clear: to be the global leader in technologies that secure a sustainable water future,” Huang said. “This means focusing on lean operations and driving safety, quality, delivery and competitive cost. Our technology will be synonymous with high performance and flawless execution.

This strategic alignment recently delivered results in San Francisco, where Veolia technology is helping transform wastewater into a local, decarbonized energy source.

Coordinating global expertise with local execution
Arnaud Valleteau, CEO of Engineering and Procurement Projects, brings structural clarity to how Veolia operates globally while delivering locally.

We foster innovation by deliberately creating and reinforcing collaborative work with all our partners and all our Water Tech experts in technologies, but also in sales, marketing and engineering,” he said. “This framework ensures we can collaborate seamlessly on projects, accelerating the development and deployment of new solutions across the globe while using the best available methods and tools, such as AI.

Recent project win demonstrates this approach in action. In France, Veolia is equipping the country’s largest treated wastewater reuse project in Argelès-sur-Mer. The facility will repurpose 1.3 million cubic meters of water annually—equivalent to five months of local potable consumption. This allows for the irrigation of 700 hectares of farmland, preserving vital freshwater resources.

    Ensuring operational continuity
Nicole Springer, CEO of Mobile Water and Integrated Services, focuses on ensuring that customers never face operational disruptions.

We’re rallied behind a common vision to make Veolia the indispensable partner for total water security, guaranteeing our customers’ operational continuity,” Springer said.

We are hyper-focused on responsiveness to customers, enabling our field teams, experts and leaders to focus on customer success.

Veolia’s fleet of mobile treatment assets is an on-demand tool to help alleviate customers’ burdensome CapEx investments. Its new Operational Center of Excellence strips away barriers, freeing regional experts to deliver results where it matters most. Additionally, connecting Veolia’s physical assets and providing digitally enhanced services that utilize data to optimize performance creates customer wins.

Veolia recently expanded its Mobile Water Services fleet to address growing needs in Oceania, reinforcing this commitment to operational readiness.

    Delivering sustainable chemistry solutions
Chris Jeffery, CEO of Chemical Solutions and Monitoring, drives leadership through superior product performance and sustainable, profitable growth.

Thanks to our sustainable and efficient water technology, we must be the first port of call for industrial and municipal customers and prospects while delivering growth aligned with Veolia’s GreenUp objectives,” Jeffery said. “To achieve this, my role is to work alongside my colleagues in the regions and the other business lines to ensure we can draw on expertise, technology and business models from all parts of Veolia. We are the industry leader when we combine all of our strengths and can communicate this clearly to our customers.

Digital value integration represents a significant growth opportunity. Fully integrating the digital division allows Veolia to move beyond offering simple tools and deliver integrated, data-driven client solutions that maximize performance and unlock new revenue streams globally.

A recent project with a chemical plant in the Southern United States demonstrated this approach. The facility’s hot process heat exchangers suffered from persistent calcium phosphate deposition despite careful pH control. Veolia’s E.C.O Film solution protected systems while reducing the environmental footprint.
